  4. Return Shipping: 4.1 The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). 4.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt for your records. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
